Pinza o putana<\/h3>\n

Es handelt sich um ein Arme-Leute-Dessert der Spezialit\u00e4ten aus Vicenza. Dieser Nachtisch wurde aus g\u00fcnstigen Lebensmitteln, wie altem Brot, Milch, Eiern und Resten zubereitet. Daher gab es auch mehrere Varianten: mit Trockenfr\u00fcchten, frischem Obst oder auch mit Schweineblut – die Schweine wurden im Herbst geschlachtet.<\/p>\n

Dieses Dessert galt als Sonntags-Nachtisch, der direkt in der Glut in einem Tontopf zubereitet wurde. \u201cMaccafame\u201d bedeutet \u201cHungerstiller\u201d, da man schon nach einer Scheibe dieses reichhaltigen Desserts satt ist.<\/p>\n
