Musetto, o coessin, col cren<\/h3>\n

\u201cIl musetto\u201d (auch \u201ccoessin\u201d genannt) ist eine typische Kochwurst aus Schweinefleisch, die haupts\u00e4chlich im Winter genossen wird. Sie hat eine kurze Haltbarkeit und muss im Wasser gekocht werden. Die Kochwurst hat den Namen \u201cMusetto\u201d (Gesicht\/Schn\u00e4uzchen), da vor allem das Fleisch vom Schweinekopf, die Schwarte und andere Teilen des Schweins in die Wursth\u00fclle gef\u00fcllt werden, die danach mit Salz und Pfeffer gew\u00fcrzt werden. Auf der Suche nach geschichtlichen Hintergr\u00fcnden dieses Gerichts fanden wir keine besonderen Informationen. Es wurde jedoch best\u00e4tigt, dass es sich dabei um eine typische b\u00e4uerliche Kost handelt, wobei alle Teile des Schweins verarbeitet werden.<\/p>\n

Der Kren (Meerrettich), der eine spontan wachsende Gew\u00fcrzpflanze ist, wurde nich nur in Kombination mit dem \u201cMusetto\u201d, oder generell mit gekochtem Fleisch verwendet, sondern auch f\u00fcr therapeutische Zwecke: zur Behandlung von Harnwegsinfektionen und Erkrankungen der Atmungsorgane, zur Stimulierung der Verdauungsprozesse und zur Keimabt\u00f6tung der Bakterien. In jeder Osteria in Venetien kann man ein Glas Wein trinken und eine Scheibe \u201cMusetto\u201d mit Kren genie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n
