Bigoi co a sardea<\/h3>\n

\u201cBigoi coe sardee\u201d ist eines der einfachsten aber schmackhaftesten Gerichte Venetiens, das vor allem an Freitagen und an allen anderen fleischfreien Tagen zubereitet wurde. Es handelt sich dabei um Eiernudeln, die in der Vergangenheit manuell mit einer Nudelpresse gemacht wurden (diese Nudelpresse ist in allen Osterias in Venetien vorzufinden). Das Sugo wird mit Oliven\u00f6l und gesalzene Sardinen zubereitet \u2013 die Sardine z\u00e4hlte damals zu den billigsten Fischen. Eine Variante der Bigoli-Gerichte in Vicenza sind diese Nudeln mit Entenragu.<\/p>\n
